Sama projects set for Cityscape debut

Sama Dubai, the international real estate investment and development arm of Dubai Holding, will showcase a model each from its three existing brands - ‘Salam’, ‘Dubai Towers’ and ‘Urban Developments’ at Cityscape Dubai.
The company’s current portfolio of ground breaking projects is worth nearly Dh202 billion ($55.2 billion), said a company official.
The Sama Dubai stand will specifically spotlight its urban development brand represented by the $3 billion Amwaj project in Morocco, which will provide a modern lifestyle within an authentic North African environment.
The $1.1-billion Salam Resort and Spa-Yiti, which reflects the Salam brand’s mission to be one of the finest integrated, luxury resort developments in the world, will also find pride of place at the expo.
Additionally, the ‘Dubai Towers’ brand, which aims to deliver a holistic corporate experience, will be showcased through the ‘Dubai Towers- Dubai’ project.
