Dheeraj begins work on Culture Village projects

Leading real estate developer Dheeraj and East Coast (DEC) recently broke ground for three projects in Dubai’s Culture Village, according to a report.

The total cost of the projects are estimated to be Dh615 million ($167 million). 

While Cascade Ville and Cascade Manor are residential projects, Estate is a mixed-use residential-cum-commercial property. All the three span an area of 60,981 sq ft, according to a Gulf News report.

The company has appointed Robodh Contracting for the construction of the projects.
The initial ground works for all the three projects has been given to Sharaf Foundations, according to the company.
