Properties Investment (PI) has signed an agreement with BCS Strata Management Services (BCS) for its Green Community and Green Community West developments.

BCS, the strata management arm of Pica is the seventh largest Owners Association Management company in the world and the largest in Australia.

’BCS will handle property management in terms of contract administration, service charge management, facilities management, residents’ liaison and Green Community West handover in addition to the day-to-day operations,’ said Lesley Sayle, director, PI.
