Saraya Oman has appointed Hamood Sultan Saif Alhosni as general manager of Saraya Bandar Jissah, the luxurious mixed-use destination located at Bandar Jissah, near Muscat in Oman.

With a career in real estate and project management extending over a period of 13 years in Oman, Alhosni will undoubtedly add new dimensions to the progress of the Saraya Bandar Jissah project.

Alhosni holds a degree in Civil Engineering. He was involved with various projects in the leading public and private sectors such as the Muscat Municipality, National Securities Company, Al Batinah Development and Investment Holdings Company, Oman Botanic Park project, the Wave-Muscat Project and Muscat Wastewater project.

Saraya Bandar Jissah is located 25km from the centre of Muscat, and is positioned in a valley that opens up on a secluded beach.

The project will be built on 2.4 million sq m of land and will feature several types of residential units and five-stars hotels. – TradeArabia News Service
