ETA Star launches SMS code service

ETA Star Properties, a leading property developer in the UAE, has launched Star Access, a special SMS short code service that provides access to information on the property developer, via mobile phone.
Customers can now access information on the different projects of ETA Star Properties by simply sending an SMS to 6967. Information including project brochures, location maps, loan approval status, construction updates and payment schedules will now be made available on demand by the customer, said an official spokesman.

“We are pleased to launch the Star Access service, which is probably one of its first initiative of its kind in the real estate industry in the region. This service will help customers receive a response from our end on an immediate basis any time of the day, 365 days a year. Users can also download brochures of our projects and location maps of our projects on their mobile phones,” said executive director, ETA Star, Abid Junaid.
The SMS code 6967 is valid for the users of both Etisalat and Du. Normal SMS charges apply for the users of both the telecom operators in the UAE.
The Star Access service is being managed and executed by New York-headquartered TechShastra Inc.
