Emirates NBD has announced the introduction of Friday banking at three of its mall branches – Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and Mirdif City Centre. 

 

Customers now have the flexibility to conduct banking at their own convenience, with these branches now open on Friday between 3 pm and 9 pm.

 

The new Friday hours will enable customers to open accounts, apply for credit cards or loans, and use the bank’s 24/7 digital self-service channels.

 

Suvo Sarkar, senior executive vice president & group head – Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Emirates NBD, said: "Our strategy is to proactively seek ways in which we can improve customer experience, with accessibility to our services at their convenience being our priority. We appreciate the fact that many of our customers live busy lives, and by opening up our branches in additional hours, we hope to make meeting their banking needs easier than ever before."
