KFH-Bahrain inks financing deal with Ibn Khuldoon

Kuwait Finance House – Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain), a top Islamic banking services provider, will finance the construction of new buildings at Ibn Khuldoon National School, following the recent agreement signed between the two parties.
The signing ceremony was attended by Farouk Yousef Al-Moayyad, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Ibn Khuldoon National School and Abdulhakeem Al Khayyat, managing director and chief executive officer of KFH-Bahrain.
Al Moayyad said: “The school has been continuously developing its facilities since its launch 35 years ago. We are delighted to be working with KFH-Bahrain to continue this process, and we appreciate their support and thank them for their efforts. In addition to our agreement with the bank, the building construction was signed by the Mohamed Salahuddin Consulting Engineering Bureau.’
“The agreement to finance the construction of new buildings in Ibn Khuldoon National School goes in line with our initiatives to further develop the education sector in the Kingdom. We are pleased to see this cooperation between us and the prestigious school, as we look forward to supporting the educational sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain by contributing to the development of the various facilities and buildings in the Kingdom’s schools,” said Al Khayyat.
The school plans to construct new buildings and facilities for the kindergarten and primary sections of the school to suit its future aspirations. The new building will feature state-of-the-art educational facilities including a theatre, science and technology laboratories, educational halls, a modern media centre, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, prayer rooms, a cafeteria, underground parking space and other facilities. – TradeArabia News Service
