MEPS launches remote POS management service

AMMAN, August 17, 2016

Middle East Payment Services (MEPS), a leading, innovative payment services provider in the Middle East, has launched a remote points-of-sale management (RPM) service.

Aiming to simplify communication between the company and the merchants in its client network, RPM allows MEPS’ clients to use the points-of-sale (POS) devices distributed across Jordan to submit their requests or queries in just a few easy steps, demonstrating the Company’s efforts to provide its clients with professional and satisfactory services.

RPM allows merchants to resolve any issues regarding their MEPS POS devices quickly, conveniently and with ease. When using the service, queries are submitted in accordance with several choices appearing on the POS device’s screen, allowing merchants to remotely request emergency assistance, device maintenance or additional paper rolls, in addition to putting them in touch with MEPS’ sales representatives and various other services.

“The launch of this RPM service underscores our commitment to providing the highest levels of efficiency, flexibility and convenience to our merchant clients, so that we may continue to meet their expectations through practical solutions that save them time and energy,” said MEPS CEO, Khaled Zakaria.

“This step represents a continuation of our long-standing efforts to sustain MEPS’ constant progress and to preserve the Company’s leading position within the local and regional payment card industries.” – TradeArabia News Service
