The Saudi British Bank (SABB) was named ‘Employer of the Year’ in the private sector at the Annual Mena HR Excellence Awards ceremony held in Dubai, UAE recently.

The announcement of SABB’s recognition came as part of the Human Assets Expansion Summit event that also took place in Dubai, said a statement.

The award recognised SABB’s effort in supporting employees at all levels of the organisation with a strong emphasis on leadership development, talent retention and innovative Saudisation initiatives, it said.

Ahmed Alsudais, general manager of HR at SABB, said: “We are delighted at SABB by the award we received at the event.
