Al Ansari Exchange, a UAE-based foreign exchange and worldwide money transfer company, has been named the ‘Best Telephone Service Exchange House’ at the 10th Annual Customer Experience Benchmarking Index award ceremony, held in Dubai, UAE.
The event was organised by Ethos Integrated Solutions, a leading provider in delivering customer service solutions across the Middle East, at the Burj Al Arab in Dubai, recently, said a company statement.
Al Ansari Exchange was chosen from among the country’s 11 other leading exchange houses, it added.
