Falcon Group appoints new head of HR

LONDON, September 22, 2014

Falcon Group, a fast growing alternative financier, has appointed Amanda Said as the new head of its human resources (HR) team.

Said’s 28 years of experience in human resources include 14 years as head of HR at HSH Nordbank, and two years at the German bank HVB. Her first role at Falcon will be designing an HR controls and procedures strategy suitable for Falcon’s rapid development.

She will report to, and collaborate with, Will Nagle, Falcon’s CEO, in the planning and execution of the departmental developments.

Nagle said: “The efficiency of Falcon’s internal management system is fundamental to our success as a financial institution. Amanda’s role in HR is therefore of vital importance. We are now in the process of developing and establishing the controls and procedures that will dictate the future of the company.” – TradeArabia News Service
