BFC completes key assignment with SysProve

Bahrain Financing Company (BFC) has completed an assignment with SysProve Technologies to assess and identify opportunities for service improvements within its branch network.

By utilising the expertise and experience of SysProve Technologies, a business process and strategic IT consultancy company based in Bahrain, BFC has been able to identify many opportunities to improve its processes and build an analytical model to determine the optimum staff requirements.

The model, enables BFC's retail operations department to pro-actively plan required resources to provide efficient customer services at each branch, reported the Gulf Daily News, our sister publication.

"BFC is continually seeking ways to improve and maintain our customer service offering to ensure that we serve our customers in an efficient and timely manner," remarked BFC retail sales head Deepak Nair.

"The detailed model created in partnership with SysProve Technologies has enabled us to further enhance our existing processes and attain a higher level of customer service,'' he stated.

SysProve Technologies chief executive Ravi Jayasundera said with the rapid expansion of BFC's branch network, it was essential to determine the optimum number of staff per branch to provide an efficient service to customers.

"SysProve's experience in business process improvements and analytics was instrumental in identifying the improvements and defining a comprehensive model," stated Jayasundera.-TradeArabia News Service
