SABB named ‘Bank of the Year’

The Saudi British Bank (SABB) has been names the ‘Bank of the Year’ in Saudi Arabia by The Banker magazine.

Majed Najm, the bank’s general manager of Retail Banking and Wealth Management, received the award at the magazine’s awards ceremony held in London recently.

The awards reward and promote industry-wide excellence in the banking sector and recognise growth levels and the strength of a bank’s balance sheet in the past 12 months.

Commenting on the award, David Dew, the managing Director, said “We are delighted with the recognition offered by The Banker magazine, and with our overall performance in 2013.
