Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB) became the first Jordanian bank to introduce the Visa Infinite card.

The move is part of the bank's strategy to offer its clients quality services that respond to today’s pressing market demands, said a bank official.

“We are proud to continuously present to our clients the highest quality of services available on the global market, and we feel that the launch of the Visa Infinite card echoes once again our commitment to bringing payment solutions that meet and exceed our ever-expanding client base’s expectations,' said JKB general manager Mohammad Yaser Al Asmar.

'The Visa Infinite card, besides providing the holder an unrivalled purchase power and a limitless capacity to carry out purchases anywhere across the globe, comes with an abundance of features for its users to exclusively enjoy,' he said.

The Concierge Service, for one, is a complimentary added value available to any Visa Infinite cardholder.
'Through this service, specialised professionals are assigned to each cardholder, and are responsible for taking care of his/her air travel arrangements, hotel reservations, international airport reservation services, currency exchange, packaged holiday reservations, transportation, luggage handling and more,' Al Asmar said.

'The cardholder can easily access these services by calling a toll-free number dedicated to receiving Visa Infinite cardholders’ service requests,' he added.

Holders of this elegantly designed black card may also enjoy the emergency card replacement service provided whereby a stolen or lost card is replaced within 24 hours and delivered by courier to their hands irrespective of their location inside or outside the Kingdom.

Infinite cardholders can also travel in style with the global customer assistance service (GCAS) and loyalty programs and award schemes that open to them an array of elite restaurants, hotels, golf clubs, health clubs, and entertainment outlets around the globe, he said.
