Al Habtoor Group, a major UAE business conglomerate with diversified businesses, has announced that it has achieved a key milestone with the successful installation of the final glass façade panel at its premium project Habtoor Towers, which, on completion, is set to become the world’s largest single residential building.

Located in the heart of Al Habtoor City on Sheikh Zayed Road, it is one of the most ambitious residential developments in Dubai, combining scale, architectural precision, and world-class construction standards.

Being implemented in co-ordination with China Railway 18th Bureau Group Dubai, the tower comprises a total of 1,740 residential units.

The handover will be completed in phases, starting with over 1,300 apartments scheduled for delivery this summer. This marks one of the most significant residential handovers in the market, it stated.
