Travel Tech Asia and MICE Show Asia will return to Singapore from October 21–23, bringing together travel technology providers, MICE suppliers, destinations, buyers and corporate travel professionals as part of the wider ITB Asia 2026 programme.
Held at the Sands Expo
& Convention Centre, the two events are expected to expand their focus on
business connections, technology and professional development, reflecting
changing requirements across the Asia Pacific travel and business events
sectors.
MICE Show Asia will
increase its exhibition space by 83.2%, while Travel Tech Asia will introduce a
dedicated hosted buyer programme focused on travel technology.
Travel Tech Asia will
feature more than 50 exhibitors, including Agoda, Airalo, China Mobile
International, SiteMinder and Trip.com.
The event will
showcase technologies covering artificial intelligence, connectivity, booking
and distribution, hotel technology, digital payments, data personalisation,
revenue management, mobility and biometrics.
A new hosted buyer
programme is expected to bring around 100 technology-focused buyers, including
CIOs, CTOs and procurement leaders from hospitality companies, travel agencies
and destination management companies.
The programme is
intended to facilitate direct discussions between technology providers and
decision-makers as travel businesses increase their focus on digital
transformation, operational efficiency and technology-led innovation.
The programme will
also include a Travel Tech Asia Theatre, with sessions examining the commercial
value of artificial intelligence, payment innovation, revenue opportunities and
the development of technology-led travel models.
Speakers will include
representatives from Booking.com, KAYAK, Kiwi.com, Go City, Travel Token
Marketplace and WebBeds.
Meanwhile, MICE Show
Asia will bring together destinations, venues, suppliers, meeting planners,
corporate travel professionals and buyers.
More than 200 MICE
buyers have been confirmed, with participants from organisations including Amex
GBT, ConferenceDirect, HelmsBriscoe, TUI Travel Center and the World
Association for Medical Law.
The 2026 MICE programme will include an Association Executive Networking
Session, the return of the Pinnacle Partners Experience and a MICE Fundamentals
workshop organised by Global MICE Collaborative.
The initiatives are
designed to support networking, knowledge exchange and professional development
alongside the exhibition.
The MICE Show Asia
conference will address changing buyer expectations, destination selection,
event experiences, business outcomes, flexibility, personalisation, digital
transformation and artificial intelligence.
Sustainability,
resilience and opportunities for the future of business events in Asia Pacific
will also feature in the programme.
Both events will
operate alongside ITB Asia, creating an integrated platform covering leisure
travel, corporate travel, MICE and travel technology.
Visitors will be able
to use a single All Access Pass to enter all three events, including their
exhibition halls, conference sessions, networking functions and app-based
business meetings.
The organisers said the combined format is intended to give buyers and suppliers broader access to business opportunities across the travel ecosystem, while allowing participants to explore technology, exchange industry knowledge and develop commercial relationships during the three-day programme. -TradeArabia News Service
