UAE-based ultra-luxury developer Palace Group has announced that work is moving at a steady pace on 12 of its bespoke beachfront mansions spread across Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer developments in Dubai that are on track for handover by 2027.

The group is further expanding its portfolio with a collection of ultra-luxury mansions at Dubai Hills Estate, and AYA, a boutique residential development located at the heart of Jumeirah Garden City, thus marking a continued expansion of its portfolio and further cementing its position as one of the region's leading creators of one-of-one residences.

Both the projects - Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer - are master-developed by Meraas, now part of Dubai Holding Real Estate.

With each mansion valued between $50 million and $135 million, the expansion reflects the continued strength of demand for the city’s most exclusive waterfront homes, building on the momentum established at Jumeirah Bay Island and La Mer.
