Riyadh Air has launched its first direct flights between Riyadh and Manila, making the Philippine capital the airline’s 13th destination and seventh in Asia.

The new route, operated by Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, initially runs four times weekly, increasing to daily service from October 19, 2026.

The service is expected to strengthen connectivity between Saudi Arabia and the Philippines while supporting trade, tourism and travel.

It will also offer passengers onward connections through Riyadh to domestic and European destinations, supporting Saudi Arabia’s Aviation Programme and Vision 2030 goals to expand international air connectivity. -TradeArabia News Service
