Norwegian Cruise Line has announced Gary Anslow, VP and Head of UK and Ireland, will assume responsibility for NCL’s business in the MEA region.
He takes over from Kevin Bubolz, who had previously spearheaded NCL’s growth in the region, and who will now gain full oversight of the company’s Continental European business.
As part of a reshaping of NCL’s International division, both Anslow and Bubolz will head up a combined sales and marketing organisation in their respective regions — previously marketing had been under separate leadership.
Bubolz commented “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time leading our strategy in MEA — the engagement and support we have had from our partners in the region has been exceptional, and I have loved working with them, and I know Gary and the team will continue to build on very solid foundations”. Both Anslow and Bubolz report to Jason Krimmel, NCL’s Chief International Sales and Marketing Officer.
"For NCL, The Middle East continues to be an incredibly important market with exciting opportunities for growth in the years ahead. As demand for unforgettable cruise holidays continues to increase across the region, we remain committed to investing in our partnerships and supporting the travel trade every step of the way," the company said.a
"Together, we're inspiring more guests to discover the world with us, and we're proud to have you by our side as we build on our shared success. Partnership is at the heart of everything we do, and we look forward to achieving even more together.
"With inspiring 2027 Europe itineraries, the latest enhancements happening at our private island in The Bahamas, Great Stirrup Cay, including the launch of Great Tides Waterpark on September 4, as well as innovative new ships set to join our award-winning fleet, there's never been a better time to grow your business with NCL, it said. - TradeArabia News Service
