Nikki Bisiker Design Studio, a boutique one stop high end luxury studio based in Dubai, has successfully completed its design scope as interior design and interior architecture consultant for a new ultra-luxury private villa in Al Barari.
The new-build residence spans a basement, ground level, first floor and terrace, with a built-up area of over 24,000 sq. ft. The villa is conceived as a high-end family home that seamlessly integrates lifestyle, wellness and entertainment within one cohesive design vision, said the Dubai studio in a statement.
As interior design and interior architecture consultant, Nikki Bisiker Design Studio completed the overall interior concept, detailed design and full technical design package, including technical drawings, procurement schedules and budgets, as well as the review of contractor tenders.
The studio’s wider scope encompassed planning, pool and landscaping concept design, façade finishes, hardscaping layouts featuring cascading water elements, boundary walls and entrances, as well as the design of the garage and pool house.
It also included rooftop architectural elements, full interior and exterior lighting consultancy, spatial planning, two kitchens comprising a working kitchen and a front-of-house show kitchen, lifts and additional staff accommodation, it stated.
“This project allows us to explore how a contemporary family villa in Dubai can feel both highly functional and genuinely restorative. Our focus is on designing spaces that are calm, beautifully detailed and intuitive to use, with wellness, nature and generous social areas at the heart of the interior story” said its founder Nikki Bisiker.
Lifestyle and wellness sit at the core of the brief, she noted.
The proposed wellness centre brings together a beauty room, gym, massage room, sauna, snow room, steam room and infrared room, creating a resort style experience within the home.
The basement is envisioned as a dedicated leisure level, with botanical gardens, a cigar lounge, cinema and car parking, extending the living experience beyond traditional residential layouts, she added.-TradeArabia News Service
