Thamer Faiz Al Alawi, Ambassador of Oman to Spain, has presented his credentials as Permanent Representative of Oman to the UN Tourism Organisation during an official ceremony at the organisation’s headquarters in Madrid.

He formally presented the credentials to Shaikha Nasser Al Nuwais, Secretary-General of the organisation.

During the meeting, both sides reviewed existing cooperation between Oman and the UN Tourism Organisation and discussed ways to strengthen their partnership.

The talks focused on enhancing collaboration in sustainable tourism and advancing initiatives aimed at developing the tourism sector in support of shared developmental objectives and long-term growth priorities. -TradeArabia News Service
