RoomPriceGenie expands RMS capabilities with integrated revenue intelligence

RoomPriceGenie, developer of an award-winning revenue management system used by over 4,000 hotels worldwide, has launched Revenue Intelligence, a new solution delivering real-time revenue insights directly within PMS dashboards.

Debuting with 15 launch partners, the integration provides live pricing signals, occupancy and rate overviews, performance metrics, and real-time alerts without requiring users to switch systems.

Hoteliers can access RoomPriceGenie with one click to adjust rates when needed.

This seamless visibility keeps operational and commercial teams aligned, supports proactive decision-making, and reduces manual work.

Revenue Intelligence also reflects the industry’s shift toward integrated, commercially driven operations, with multiple implementations already in progress.

“In recent years, hotels have had to operate with leaner teams while responding to faster and less predictable demand patterns,” said Chas Scarantino, CEO of RoomPriceGenie. “Revenue management needs to be embedded in everyday decision-making to drive the best results. Revenue Intelligence gives hoteliers a new way to engage with revenue insights directly inside the PMS, where operational decisions happen – giving hoteliers a clear competitive advantage."

“The trend in the PMS landscape has been clearly moving towards more integrated technology,” said Ari Andricopoulos, Chief Strategy Officer & Co-Founder of RoomPriceGenie. “But at the same time, Revenue Management is a very specialised field, and a stand-alone product, like RoomPriceGenie, is necessary to get the best results. Due to the high level of trust our PMS partners have in our RMS and the dedication of our team, it made sense for them to partner with us on the development of Revenue Intelligence, as it gives them a viable way to meet hoteliers’ expectations, without diverting time or resources away from their core platform strategy. By embedding a critical layer of revenue context directly into the PMS, we’re supporting a shift toward smarter, more connected operational processes that help hoteliers manage their properties proactively in real-time, as market conditions change.” -TradeArabia News Service
