Laundryheap, a leading on-demand laundry and dry cleaning platform, has strengthened its B2B linen rental services by rebranding its specialised vertical as ‘Laundryheap Linen’ and investing in a new 3,000 sq ft warehouse in Dubai, UAE to drive the operations.
Laundryheap is now operational in four countries and six cities across the GCC, including the UAE (Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi), Bahrain (Manama), Qatar (Doha) and Kuwait (Kuwait City), with plans for further expansion in the pipeline in the coming year.
Serving the significant demand for bed linen, towels, accessories and other related rentals for the hospitality sector in the UAE, ‘Laundryheap Linen’ is the new brand identity of ‘NestAngel,’ which was launched by the firm in Dubai earlier this year, said the statement from the company .
NestAngel was first launched by Laundryheap in the UK six years ago and continues to operate successfully under the same brand name and has serviced over 300,000 guests.
CEO and Founder Deyan Dimitrov said: "The rebranding of NestAngel, one of our strong support services, to Laundryheap Linen in the UAE is an organic evolution of our offering. With the new brand identity, we are underlining the real differentiator of our linen rental service: The expertise of Laundryheap in ensuring seamless service."
Founded in 2014, and present in the Middle East since 2018, Laundryheap offers door-to-door laundry and dry-cleaning services to consumer and business customers, including major brands, returning items to users within 24-hours.
"The goodwill our company has gained in the UAE in a short time will help us to create a stronger value proposition for our linen rental service through the new brand identity. We see enormous appetite for linen rental service, supported by Dubai’s legal framework for Airbnb and other short-term let platforms," stated Dimitrov.
"We also offer comprehensive linen services for serviced residences, hospitals and corporates, enabling them to focus on their core offering while we take care of providing hygienic linen and accessories promptly," he added.
According to him, Laundryheap Linen service will be especially useful to the hospitality industry while managing the increased occupancy during the upcoming Expo 2020 season.
"The service operates as a one-stop-shop for all services relating to linen and towel rentals as well as accessories. It avoids the hassle that many holiday home and apartments face in managing inventory and having to buy, wash, store and deliver to guests. With Laundryheap Linen, its customers can focus on their core competency of operating their properties, getting more bookings and improving customer service while the firm takes care of all the requirements with ready-made linen sets," noted Dimitrov.
Laundryheap Linen’s differentiating strengths include a strong logistics system with live order tracking, and 24x7 customer service and operations support. The company also partners with its customers to meet their laundry requirements.
Already working with several large holiday home companies, Laundryheap Linen aims to build its portfolio of linen rental customers to over 100 within 12 months, he added.
