Nexus Insurance Brokers, a leading financial advisor, has secured its IT infrastructure with ESET NOD32 Business Edition, as part of its business continuity plan.

This allows the company to enhance employee productivity, mobility and operational efficiency, said a statement.

The company researched a wide range of security solutions before deciding on ESET and in 2009, Nexus switched to ESET NOD32 Business Edition – version 4 with an initial 450 licenses; which was deployed across its regional offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Qatar, Lebanon and Saudi.

As one of the oldest and largest independent financial advisors in the region, investment in IT security was imperative for Nexus to offer secure level of financial service and protect its customers from unexpected threats.

Once deployed, little administrator intervention is required and any viruses / attacks that are detected are safely quarantined; allowing the company to significantly reduce downtime.
