Shaza Hotels, the luxury hotel and retreats chain with properties in Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman, has announced the opening of Mysk Moon Retreat in Sharjah. 

 

The retreat is expected to become the prominent destination for hands-on glamping and desert adventures amidst the dunes of Mleiha and Al Faya Mountains in the UAE emirate.

 

Moon Retreat is part of the experiential destinations in Sharjah Collection by Mysk to showcase the beauty and cultural heritage of Sharjah.

 

Located far from the madding crowd in the Mleiha Desert, close to Mleiha Archeological Centre, Mysk Moon Retreat features 10 domes and six tents, most with private temperature-controlled pools and barbecue terraces, with mountain and desert views. 

 

The experience encourages guests to be an adventurer by the day - trekking, paragliding, dune bashing, horseback riding, and be a poet by night. An Arabic coffee ceremony by sunset, stargazing, or a barbeque dinner are examples of activities to do at night.
