Bahrain-based Eskan Bank has invited tenders from major regional and international investors for jointly developing a key retail destination, Al Maydan Mall, at Hamad Town.

The proposed shopping mall, which will have a built-up area of 142,000 sq m, will be located close to the Roundabout 17 and parallel to the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Highway.

The prospective investors are required to contact the bank by June 13 indicating their interest to study and invest in the mall, said the bank in its tender notification.
 
On receiving their response, Eskan will send the development details package to the potential investors, it added.
