More than 1,000 exhibitors and 60,000 industry professionals are expected to take part in the ‘biggest-ever’ Cityscape Dubai later this year.
The business-to-business real estate investment and development exhibition will once again feature industry heavyweights and include five conferences, organisers said.
Also, the prestigious architectural awards will continue to be its major attraction, IIR Middle Middle East added.
The expo has been extended to cover four days, from October 6-9, and is now set to occupy more than 75,000 sqm of exhibition space, close to the Dubai International exhibition Centre’s capacity.
It has grown by 25 per cent and 27pc respectively over the last two years, and this year’s event will be the biggest yet, not only in terms of exhibition space but also in terms of participants, Cityscape managing director Rohan Marwaha pointed out.
The exhibition last year featured 849 exhibitors, with 51,855 industry professionals taking part from 136 countries, he said.
