Al Salam Bank, Bahrain, has partnered with Bahrain Polytechnic to host an ‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) Bootcamp’ for the polytechnic’s final year students and graduates.

The two-day event, starting on October 14, will provide students with the opportunity to showcase their skills, creativity and innovation to design business branding campaigns using AI.

Branding Campaigns

The participants will present their campaigns on October 14 to a panel of judges comprising members of Al Salam Bank, including: Mahmood Qannati, Head of Marketing and Communications, and ESG Officer, Muna Al Balooshi, Head of Human Resources and Administration, Mohammed Al Shehabi, Head of Innovation, and Ahmed bin Jamal, AVP of Marketing and Communications.

Cash Prize

Ten winners will receive cash prizes of BD 100 ($265), while the top five participants will be recruited to work at the bank’s Marketing and Communications Department.

Requirements to participate in the bootcamp include, a background in AI applications (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo, etc) ability to create text, image and video content, creativity, innovation, a passion for branding and marketing, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. – TradeArabia News Service
