Eternity Medicine Institute wins top innovation award

DUBAI, November 19, 2015

The Eternity Medicine Institute, Dubai has won the 'Business Innovation of the Year, 2015' at the Gulf Capital SME Awards which were hosted recently in Dubai, UAE.

The award honours companies that aspire to reinvent how a particular industry works, said a statement.

The institute is UAE’s first dedicated preventive age management healthcare clinic which focuses on building innovative ways in the industry, it said.

It uses advanced health screening technologies and cutting-edge treatments which focus on personalised prevention of diseases to significantly improve health and well-being.

This breakthrough in the medical field has been achieved by the focus and persistence of Markus Giebel, chief executive officer of Eternity Medicine, who already has 40 patents for his inventions in optical fibre technologies obtained during his work at Corning Incorporated in US.

At Eternity Medicine, health management programmes blends traditional healthcare with age management healthcare, and are managed through SAM software – an award winning innovation by Giebel.

The SAM technology predicts and identifies illnesses well before their occurrence. Hence, a system which combines the better of two worlds’, that is, science and business.

“We manage our patients’ health the same way we manage a company. We identify the good points and risk factors in a patient’s health and our physicians give them a health forecast, specifying the goal, methods and timeframe needed to achieve this objective,” said Giebel.

Currently, the institute provides innovative healthcare systems to numerous private corporate clients at a speed of 20 minutes per employee. This gives corporate entities an opportunity to employ a proactive approach towards staff health, he added. - TradeArabia News Service
