SSH completes first phase of Oman luxury beach resort

SSH, a leading master planning, infrastructure, building design and construction supervision firm in the region, has announced that it has completed the work on the Phase 1 of its luxury tourism development - Dhorfar Beach Resort.
The 5-star resort features 64 villas, a reception building, two restaurants, a swimming pool, the entire back of house, parking, operator offices, male and female gyms, a kids club, external works, and landscaping.
Announcing the project completion, SSH said despite several challenges, SSH worked steadily and continuously to accomplish this significant milestone - of finishing the entire Phase I project within less than 14 months after the project resumed.
The Dhorfar Beach Resort boasts a total built-up area of 61,530 sq m - with hard and soft landscaped areas spanning 32,850 sq m, including communal areas, water features, and gardens that will provide a pleasant environment in which the private villas are to be located in family clusters, it added.
