Beauchamp Estates offers Israeli super-prime home for $29m

TEL AVIV, February 8, 2021

Beauchamp Estates, a specialist real estate agent in Israel, is offering for sale one of the most luxurious pads in the Middle East, Penthouse at HaYarkon 29.

Priced at AED111 million ($29 million), the spectacular sea-view duplex Penthouse at HaYarkon 29 is being marketed by the Tel Aviv and London offices of Beauchamp Estates to wealthy sheikhs and businessmen in the Gulf states of the UAE and Bahrain.

If a wealthy sheikh or Emirati businessman buys the penthouse it will become the very first super-prime pad in Tel Aviv to become the holiday home of wealthy Gulf mogul, starting a steady flow of wealthy Gulf buyers into the luxury Israeli property market, enabling Tel Aviv to become an alternative for Gulf travellers to Morocco, London and Marbella during the summer months, said a statement from Beauchamp Estates.

The duplex Penthouse at HaYarkon 29 occupies the 16th and 17th (top) floors of the landmark tower. The internal living space of 5,704 sq ft provides five bedrooms, five  bathrooms, media room, reception/lounge, mezzanine/office, kitchen with feature bar/island, and guest cloakroom, while the 2,906 sq ft of outside space offers multiple balconies and a roof terrace with infinity edge swimming pool, jacuzzi and roof garden with planting.

With direct private elevator access to the penthouse, the landmark tower HaYarkon 29 was designed by leading Israeli-based architects Bar Orian with the entrance foyer and communal interiors curated by Maurice Renoma, the French fashion designer, said the real estate agent.

Combined with stunning interiors, by leading local interior designer Ariel Ben Haim, it is a true penthouse, occupying the full floor space of each floor, with features including double height ceilings, open plan spaces, with vast expanses of glass, light and stunning views.

Gary Hersham, the founding director at Beauchamp Estates, said: "The Penthouse at HaYarkon 29 is a superb example of the ultra-prime luxury property that is coming to the fore in Israel, particularly in Tel Aviv, where architects of international standing, like Bar Orian, are leading contemporary architecture and design, creating a defining skyline of landmark buildings."

"The coastal location of HaYarkon 29, beside the Mediterranean, further adds to the appeal of the Penthouse, making this an exceptional property of international note," he added.

Matthew Bortnick, Director at Beauchamp Estates Tel Aviv, said: "The tower is located in one of Tel Aviv’s best beach-front districts, while also close to the financial and business districts of Tel Aviv. The penthouse offers exceptional accommodation, excellent security and privacy, breath-taking views and the opportunity for an exceptional lifestyle."

Entering the lobby of the building from the public concourse, residents and guests are greeted by the 24-hour concierge at reception, he explained.

A private key controlled elevator exclusively for use by the penthouse gives direct access to the 16th and 17th floors opening onto the hall for each respective floor, with two further lifts available.

The principal entrance to the Penthouse at HaYarkon 29 is on the 17th floor, entering through the main entrance door into a vestibule, which opens directly into the double height principal reception/lounge, flooded with light from floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides, with city and sea views. To the right, one of four private balconies, with views directly out over the shoreline and Mediterranean Sea, he added.

Central to the open plan space is the custom made, architecturally designed steel staircase, with clear glass balustrade and handrail leading up to the mezzanine level and roof terrace beyond, and solid form balustrade and handrail leading down to the bedrooms on the sixteenth floor.

"Providing an intriguing visual screen between the lounge and dining areas, dropping through three floors, the staircase appears as an exuberant almost mobile work of art – like a giant Alexander Calder mobile, continually redefining the space around it and subtly balancing form and light with function," explained Bortnick.

The almost never-ending double height wall of light draws the eye round to the dining area, with stunning city and sea views, which by night provides the perfect dining back-drop, with the city and coastline twinkling below. Architectural feature lighting ensures that the internal ambiance always remains perfect, he stated.

Leading off the dining area is the large contemporary kitchen, with feature marble island, Bulthaup cabinetry, appliances by Miele and Smeg, and a further balcony with city views. A guest cloak room with Villeroy & Boch fittings and feature marble contemporary basin and vanity is located just off the kitchen.

Suspended above the dining area is the large open-plan mezzanine level, or gallery, with full bathroom, which provides convenient changing facilities and amenities for the pool and jacuzzi on the terrace above. Currently the area is used as an office and gym/exercise space.

Following the staircase up to the final rooftop floor (18th), the stairs erupt into the sky, giving way to the vast rooftop terrace, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
