Shaikhani to deliver Dubai commercial tower in Q4

DUBAI, July 25, 2017

Dubai-based property developer Shaikhani Group has announced plans to deliver its Dh80 million ($22 million) commercial tower, Cambridge Business Centre, in the fourth quarter of 2017.

The 2B+G+9+Health Club Cambridge Business Centre will feature 116 commercial apartments spread over a 1,63,072-sq-ft area at Dubai Silicon Oasis.

The company move comes following the completion of 90 per cent construction work by Cairo Contracting Company, the main contractor for the business tower, said a top official.

"As we move closer to the delivery of this state of the art commercial tower, we remain committed to our investors of a commercial space that will equipped with all the facilities for their businesses that will help grow their business by easy accessibility in centre of the city," remarked Mahmood Shaikhani, the managing director.

"We are confident that ‘Cambridge Business Centre’ will be one of the most popular business addresses for both start-ups and already established companies to expand," he noted.

A total of 116 commercial units of ‘Cambridge Business Centre will provide small, medium and large offices with a thematic design based on classic British architecture and fully equipped with technologically-advanced prerequisites such as Wi-Fi, keyless entry and 24-hours security.

The nine-storey tower will house retail shops, banking facilities, travel agency on the ground floor, in addition to health club at the rooftop.

Shaikhani said the company is developing 11 projects that will deliver 2,100 residential and commercial units in Dubai Sports City, Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Silicon Oasis.

Of these, Dh1.5 billion ($408 million) worth of projects involving 1,250 units are in advanced stages of completion while the rest are at the beginning of the development cycle that are expected to be completed by 2020, he added.-TradeArabia News Service
