Topping out of Bayat Plaza Tower One completed

JEDDAH, August 24, 2016

The superstructure for Tower One of Bayat Plaza, located off the intersection of Madinah Road and King Abdullah Road in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, was topped out recently.

The Bayat Plaza project is being developed by Manazil, a development arm of the Sabban Group in Saudi Arabia.

The project will include two adjacent towers that will offer 272 luxury apartments including two-bedroom apartments, three- and four-bedroom duplexes and five-bedroom penthouses.

“We are delighted to have reached this landmark in the development of Bayat Plaza as we are progressing in accordance with our initial masterplan,” said Arron Browne, managing director of Sloanes Real Estate KSA, a subsidiary of the Sabban Group of Companies.

“The timely completion of the superstructure on Tower One marks our dedication towards our customers, quality and tradition. Signature projects like this are another element of our commitment and contribution to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, by delivering attractions that further enhance the kingdom’s credentials as an exciting place to live and visit,” he said.

Topping out of the second tower is expected to be completed by the end of September 2016.

Future residents of Bayat Plaza will be serviced by over 2,600 sq m of retail space spanning across the ground floor of the project. This will include a mini market, stylish cafés and food outlets, and designer boutiques. The second floor will provide residents with facilities such as family rooms, business centres, reading rooms, games rooms, children’s play areas and a state-of-the-art gymnasium.

“The project’s prime location will offer residents the benefit of being easily connected to both Jeddah and Makkah, with the added appeal of unobstructed, panoramic views of the spectacular Madinah Road skyline,” added Browne.

A full mock-up Bayat Plaza apartment is available for viewing at the Sloanes Real Estate showroom. Interested buyers can now experience first-hand the lifestyle and luxury offered by the project, and take advantage of off-plan sales, he said.

As of July 31, construction of Bayat Plaza was 69 per cent complete and the development is expected to be ready by the end of 2017.

Prices for apartments start from SR1 million ($266,529) and can be reserved with just 10 per cent deposit payment.

Sloanes KSA provides the group with an outlet for selling and leasing developments within the Sabban Group and also for external developers and landlords.
