Roshn and Tarmeem to renovate 100 homes across KSA

For the second year running, Roshn Group and Tarmeem have agreed to renovate 100 homes across KSA as part of Roshn Group’s Yuhyeek social responsibility programme to raise the quality of life and contribute to community development in the kingdom

Saudi Arabia's Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed bin Abdullah Al-Hogail patronised the ceremony marking the renewal of the partnership between Roshn, the kingdom’s leading national multi-asset class real estate developer and a PIF company, and Tarmeem Charity.

In all, 100 Saudi families comprising more than 700 citizens benefited from this initiative last year, which aims to enhance the well-being of communities throughout the country.

Over 500 volunteers from Roshn Group and the wider community have given their time to help renovate these homes. The partnership with Tarmeem reflects Roshn Group’s dedication to enhancing the living conditions of those in need. This initiative is part of Roshn broader commitment to supporting charitable and developmental efforts, while also fostering the values of generosity and social responsibility.

Uplifting living conditions
Roshn Group’s collaboration with Tarmeem Association is part of the company’s wider Social Responsibility programme, ‘Yuhyeek’, through which Roshn Group is building partnerships with the leading non-profit entities and organisations with the aim of uplifting living conditions for Saudi citizens and improving the quality of life throughout communities nationwide.

“This initiative is a natural extension of our ongoing programme ‘Yuhyeek’ to improve the quality of life in the kingdom,” said Roshn Group’s Acting CEO Dr Khalid Johar.

“Everything we are doing at Roshn is for the community and aligns with Saudi Vision 2030’s key pillars and objectives. Our partnership with Tarmeem reflects our passion and commitment to our principles and values in the area of corporate social responsibility and sustainable development in and for Saudi Arabia. We are thankful to the Minister of Municipalities and Housing for this recognition, and we will remain committed to raising the quality of life for Saudi citizens and their families.”--TradeArabia News Service
