Salon du Chocolat et de la patisserie to be held in May

The second edition of the world’s largest chocolate fair Salon du Chocolat et de la pâtisserie is heading back to Dubai from May 18 to 20, 2023. 
 
Taking place at Le Gourmet in Galeries Lafayette, Dubai Mall, this one-of-a kind event captivated the hearts and minds of chocolate connoisseurs last year, with more than 3,000 attendees over the three days. This year will be no different, as this special second edition will host professional chocolate tasters, chocolate masters, chocolate lovers, as well as renowned authors and pastry chefs from all around the world. 
 
The 2023 edition will include unique workshops and masterclasses delivered by famous chefs and dozens of chocolate and pastry exhibitors. Visitors will also be invited to discover, taste, and buy mouthwatering chocolates by leading international brands and enjoy exclusive meet and greets with renowned pastry chefs in attendance. 
 
Dream for all chocoholics
According to Joumana Damous-Salamé, Managing Director of Hospitality Services, the event organiser, Salon du Chocolat constitutes a dream for all chocoholics, letting all chocolate and pastry aficionados live an exclusively sensational experience that is both educational and exhilarating at the same time.
