Big 5 Construct Saudi, the kingdom’s largest construction event, witnessed several major partnerships in its first week - including a collaboration between Saudi developer Binyah and SAP and a distributor deal between JBC Group and Mupro Germany to expand industrial solutions in the kingdom.
The mega event continues to drive impactful collaborations, strategic partnerships and industry advancements.
With the event having transited into its second week (from February 24–27) at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Centre at Roshn Front, the focus has shifted towards finishing touches and services that transform buildings.
Strategic partnerships driving Vision 2030
Aligning with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, the expo brings together government officials, industry leaders and construction professionals to explore opportunities shaping Saudi Arabia’s multi-trillion-dollar pipeline of mega and giga projects.
The first week of the event covered the full construction value chain - from foundations to design and build - setting the stage for key strategic agreements that accelerate progress in the sector.
Among the most notable partnerships signed during the first week was a collaboration between Saudi Real Estate Infrastructure Company (Binyah) and SAP, who partnered to implement SAP ERP on SAP RISE Cloud Services, enhancing Binyah’s digital transformation. Integrating cloud-based solutions like S4 Hana and SuccessFactors will streamline business processes and drive innovation.
Binyah also signed another deal with SSB Global Limited to enhance Saudi Arabia’s construction and infrastructure sector, leveraging their combined expertise to deliver advanced and efficient projects.
Another unique partnership included the Saudi Alessa Industrial Group and Egyptian Al Arabi Industrial Group, which established a strategic alliance in manufacturing, supply chains and research and development, localizing advanced industries, increasing local production content and boosting regional industrial solutions.
First-time exhibitor, Mueen Human Resources signed a partnership with Auxilium to provide human resources solutions.
“Signing this MOU with Auxilium at Big 5 Construct Saudi 2025 marks a significant step in strengthening workforce capabilities and ensuring businesses have access to the right talent at the right time,” said Omar Al Juraifani, CEO of Mueen.
For his part, Mark McGeever, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of Auxilium, said: “The collaboration will enable us to expand workforce capabilities and deliver tailored staffing strategies that meet evolving market demands.
Joint Global Business Company (JGB) and Mupro Germany signed a distributor agreement to expand industrial and construction solutions in Saudi Arabia.
By leveraging Mupro's expertise in pipe fixing technology and JGB’s market knowledge, the partnership will enhance efficiency and sustainability across key projects in the kingdom.
In another MoU, JGB also signed a distribution agreement with Armacell, a global leader in flexible insulation and engineered foams for the distribution of their products, Armaflex insulation and ArmaGel.

Innovative product showcases
Exhibitors at Big 5 Construct Saudi continued to unveil next-generation solutions with a strong focus on sustainable and high-efficiency technologies.
Among the standout innovations was a revolutionary energy-efficient HVAC system showcased by GreenTech Cooling Solutions, designed to reduce energy consumption by up to 40%. Another highlight was EcoCrete’s low-carbon concrete mix, which offered enhanced durability while significantly cutting emissions.
Modular construction remained a key theme on the exhibition floor, with SmartBuild Technologies presenting its latest prefabricated housing units designed for rapid deployment and superior insulation properties, said the organisers.
Additionally, BuildBot, a leading automation company, unveiled a robotic bricklaying system capable of increasing construction speed by 50%, addressing labour shortages and improving project efficiency, they stated.
Big 5 Construct Saudi also welcomed several first-time exhibitors, where Firat Pipes introduced its advanced indoor and infrastructure piping systems to optimize water management and heating efficiency.
Spacemaker KSA presented its innovative approach to affordable housing and high-rise developments. Hisense Electronics showcased its latest smart TVs, air conditioning solutions and energy-efficient appliances, contributing to the evolution of intelligent buildings.
Sika Saudi Arabia presented its advanced solutions for bonding, sealing and reinforcing to drive sustainability and innovation in the construction and industrial sectors.
