Honeywell Technologies has completed its £1.325 billion ($1.8 billion) all-cash acquisition of Johnson Matthey’s Catalyst Technologies business, strengthening its portfolio across refining, petrochemicals and renewable fuels.
Topsoe has been selected by Tangshan Jinlihai Biotechnology as technology provider for a renewable fuels project in China. It will supply Hydroflex technology and services for an industrial hub processing 300,000 tonnes of feedstock per year, supporting the energy transition.
