UAE-based Global South Utilities (GSU) has signed an MoU with Guyana Power and Light to explore energy infrastructure projects, including power generation, grid modernisation and renewable energy integration to support Guyana’s sustainable development.
Abu Dhabi-based investment group 2PointZero has announced that it has struck a $2.25 billion deal to acquire US-based Traverse Midstream Partners through its energy infrastructure subsidiary ePointZero, a move that gives it minority, non-operated stakes in two US midstream assets.
