stc Bahrain, a digital enabler, has announced the launch of Bayan, the kingdom’s most advanced digital contact centre, at LEAP 2026. Set up in partnership with Nabeh, a subsidiary of Master Works, Bayan is purpose-built to understand Bahraini and Arabic nuances across voice, chat and back-office operations.
