Saudi Energy Company posted a 10.5% year on year (YoY) growth in H1 revenue to SAR52.2 billion ($13.94 billion), EBITDA rose by 8.2% to SAR21.5 billion, and net profit increased by 7.5% to SAR6.7 billion.
Saudi-based Rawasi Al Bina Investment Company has signed a framework agreement with Saudi Energy Company for the execution of installation, replacement and maintenance works related to low- and medium-voltage overhead and underground distribution networks in the Qassim region.
Saudi Energy said it has signed a SAR11.5 billion ($3.1 billion) agreement with Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) for the Rabigh 2 IPP project located in Makkah province, which on completion will boast a large-scale CCGT power plant with 2,313.5 MW generation capacity.
