Elsewedy Electric, a leading integrated provider of energy and infrastructure solutions across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, has acquired a 60% majority stake in Netherlands-based Thomassen Service, a specialised provider of gas turbine maintenance and repair solutions.
Elsewedy Electric Power Systems Projects said it is implementing a portfolio of six high voltage power substations across various the kingdom in collaboration with Saudi Electricity Company and National Grid Company. These projects have a voltage levels ranging between 110 and 115 kilovolts.
Elsewedy Electric for Power Transmission & Distribution has announced the successful completion and handover of the 386MWp El Saad Project, its first utility-scale solar PV plant in Riyadh. The landmark project has now officially entered its operations and maintenance phase.
