Leading UAE developer Aldar has announced the launch of Canopies, the first residential community at Yas Point, a AED6 billion ($1.6 billion) waterfront destination on Yas Island's northern shore. It comprises 592 apartments across six mid-rise buildings, offering studios and one- to three-bedroom units.
Aldar has launched its landmark AED100 billion ($27.2 billion) waterfront development - Marsa Al Saadiyat - on a 6.4-million-sq-m area in Abu Dhabi featuring private mansions, luxury villas, waterfront apartments and branded residences set along an 8-km coastline with 5.6 km of pristine beaches and other world-class amenities.
Leading developer Aldar has unveiled Yas Point, a AED6 billion ($1.63 billion) waterfront destination on the northern shore of Yas Island that will deliver 1,600 homes for around 5,000 residents.
Aldar has joined hands with Abu Dhabi's Department of Community Development to develop the Yas Community Park on Yas Island. It comes as part of their plan to expand the Nabdh Community Hub model across Aldar's key developments in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra.
