10 Design, a global architecture and masterplanning practice based in UK, has unveiled its vision for The Cape, a key residential project within the Al Barari masterplan in Dubai. Spanning 140,000 sq ft, the scheme features 286 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom units to four-bed duplexes.
