The tourism industry, responsible for 348 million direct and indirect jobs worldwide according to WTTC, faces increasing competition for talent due to the demands of a more specialised and competitive job market.
Faced with this reality, FITUR Talent 2025 seeks to offer practical solutions adapted to the needs of the industry, highlighting the importance of innovative policies to attract and retain the best professionals.
