United Hospitality Management (UHM) has been appointed as the franchise operator of the voco Bonnington Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) hotel in Dubai. This follows the property’s acquisition by Arzan Investment Management (AIM).
UHM, a global leader in luxury hospitality management with over 30 years of experience, will manage the premium property under IHG Hotels & Resorts’ voco brand. The move strengthens UHM’s growing portfolio in the Middle East and highlights its leadership in the region’s luxury hospitality sector.
voco Bonnington JLT, known for its excellent service and prime location, was recently purchased by AIM from Dubai businessman Dennis McGettigan.
Greg O’Stean, CEO of UHM, said: “We are honoured to partner with Arzan Investment Management on this exciting project. This acquisition reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and expanding our presence in global markets with premier hotels like voco Bonnington JLT.”
The hotel team will collaborate with UHM to ensure smooth operations and continued excellence in guest services.
Oliver Hogg, CEO of AIM, added: “This acquisition is a milestone for Arzan as we grow our footprint in the Middle East. We trust UHM to uphold the highest standards and deliver strong returns for our investors. This deal reaffirms our commitment to Dubai’s hospitality sector.”
This partnership aligns with AIM’s strategy of investing in prime hospitality assets and working with experienced operators to maximise value. - TradeArabia News Service
