Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City names new GM

DUBAI, November 15, 2018

Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City has appointed Charles E M Clark as its new general manager.

Bringing 19 years of leadership experience, Clark joins the hotel from his previous role as general manager at Jumeirah Creekside Hotel, where he worked since September 2013 and hotel manager at Jumeirah Beach Hotel between October 2009 and August 2013.

An experienced and successful hotelier, Clark has a proven track record of leading international luxury hotels in both the UAE and UK. His UK experience includes roles as director of operations at London Hilton Park Lane, hotel manager at Hilton London Islington and director of operations at Hilton London Heathrow Airport.

He first entered the hospitality industry in 1991 on a trainee management programme at Kensington Park Thistle Hotel, following his studies of Hotel Catering Management in the UK.

The luxury hotel, part of the new-look Al Habtoor City complex, soars 44 floors above the city, offering unparalleled views of the Dubai Water Canal as well as Downtown Dubai.
