Bahrain Tourism offers 25 hospitality management scholarships

A total of 25 scholarships have been offered to study at the French Vatel International Hospitality Management School, which will be opened next month in Bahrain, said a report.

The announcement was made by the CEO of the Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud Al Khalifa, in cooperation with Tamkeen and private sector, local news agency BNA reported.

Shaikh Khalid said the BTEA aims to offer national cadres best academic qualifications in the hospitality and tourism sector. He added that 25 students who registered for the programme through Batel.bh site would benefit from the scholarships, and would be supported to work in the same sector to contribute to boosting the national economy in line with Bahrain economic vision 2030, the report said.
