RAK Properties to award fit-out works for five-star resort

RAS AL KHAIMAH, August 26, 2018

RAK Properties, a leading property developer based in Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), has invited pre-qualification bids from global, regional and local companies for fit-out and furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) works at a five-star luxury resort in the northern emirate.

The 225-key Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is the first property of Thailand’s Minor Hotel Group (MHG) in the emirate.

Scheduled to open by the year-end, the high-end property boasts key facilities including meeting and events space with a ballroom seating of 250, a health club with a gym, aerobics room and a yoga room, squash courts, a tennis court, a large outdoor pool, a kid’s club with a specialty kid’s restaurant and an extensive Anantara Spa.

The RAK developer said bids are open to all UAE-registered interior fit-out companies (both local and international) which have beeen operating in the country for five years.

The scope of work includes FF&E, interior lighting, interior signage and way finding besides interior fit-outs, it stated.

The prequalification application would be available at the RAK Properties' head office in Dubai till tomorrow (August 27) and the last date for submitting the bids is August 30.-TradeArabia News Service
