A skilled and dynamic professional, Birchall brings with him over 18 years of experience, leadership and expertise in the hospitality sector.

A graduate in Hospitality Management with Honours from Shannon College in Ireland, Birchall started his career in 1999 with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. His vast experiences in hospitality management led to his continuing career within the industry around the globe including in Libya, Indonesia and Georgia. Prior to joining Millennium Resort Mussanah, Birchall was the hotel manager at the Trans Luxury Hotel in Bandung, West Java Indonesia. A dedicated professional, Birchall brings with him a wealth of knowledge and cross cultural experiences he has gained from around the world.

With a passion for customer service and colleague development, Birchall will ensure the continuing success of the Millennium Resort Mussanah while maintaining the highest standard of service for guests. He will also continue the development and coaching of team members facilitating career development a more enjoyable experience for all hotel guests.
