Copthorne Hotel Dubai names new front office manager

DUBAI, December 11, 2017

Copthorne Hotel Dubai, located in Port Saeed in Deira, has promoted Tohamy Gad to the role of front office manager.
 
Gad joined the 210-room hotel in 2009 as guest service agent and quickly added additional responsibilities to his role by becoming night manager after two years. He advanced to the position of assistant front office manager in 2014.
 
“We are very pleased to announce Tohamy’s promotion to Front Office Manager. He has been an integral part of the success and milestones achieved by the team,” said general manager Glenn Nobbs. “We were so impressed with his leadership and guest service skills he has demonstrated over the years, and how he has a sound affinity with our guests. Many of our long-term guests appreciate and admire the attention he extends.”
 
“Tohamy is a true example of loyalty and team spirit. His continuous desire for growth and the capacity to quickly learn all of the intricate details of managing the front office of a busy hotel make him the right person for the position,” added Nobbs.
